It can be a long journey to feel at home in your skin, in your mind, and in your body. I believe that feeling connected to yourself and your identity is a practice and requires routine maintenance! It can be difficult to navigate internal desires to be accepted, connected, and fully seen; especially with the swift and consuming changes happening in our environment and relationships. Finding our way back to feeling grounded and fulfilled can be exhausting to continuously strive for. I am here to see you, support you, advocate for you, and find innovative therapeutic interventions to help address how your cognition and nervous system can feel stabilized—especially in these dynamic and complex times.

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Washington, and a graduate from Seattle University. I work with evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, somatic therapy, and trauma based therapy. I am uniquely equipped to integrate neurology, effects of historical trauma, systemic societal oppression into sessions. I’m also big on providing psychoeducation to deepen the work we do to validate your conscious and unconscious experiences and perspectives. I have been most effective in my treatment of panic disorder, generalized anxiety, LGBTQIA+ identity work, existential depression/anxiety, navigating life transitions, attachment disorders, healthy relationship building, parenting, prenatal and postpartum support, as well as overall identity empowerment.

I am committed to engaging in high levels of cultural humility, and advocating for client’s agency and experience quality of care in the systems they navigate. As a social worker, I am happy to include different systems, and allocate outside supports and resources into your treatment plan. I also love building bespoke modalities to fit your needs! I’ll often have notebooks/drawings/activities for us to do together that will help you connect to this work more deeply. No more ‘boring’ therapy!

I am open to working with all demographics and intersectional identities, including couples, families, and young adults.

Therapy is a space for you to feel heard, validated, and supported. It’s an approach to feel less anxious, work toward goals, recover from trauma, and improve relationships. It can sometimes feel impossible to find ways to thrive in the capitalistic, oppressive system we’re in, especially for marginalized folks. We can face those challenges together to find ways for you to feel safe, fulfilled, and content.

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and am comfortable hearing whatever it is you need to say. I come from a queer, polyamorous background in my personal life, but work with folks of any identity or lifestyle. I offer a grounding presence, a space without judgement, and tools for you to use in your day-to-day life. I take a direct, relational approach. I will hold you accountable to doing the work with compassion and patience.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be deeply fulfilling, but they can also bring challenges that feel overwhelming. In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in a way that fosters connection instead of distance. Whether you’re looking to repair a relationship after a rupture, deepen intimacy, or explore new relationship structures, we’ll work together to create a shared vision for moving forward. I am affirming of all relationship styles, including monogamous, polyamorous, queer, and non-traditional partnerships.

Family Therapy

Family dynamics can be complex, layered, and emotionally charged. Family therapy provides a space where each member’s voice can be heard and respected. Together, we’ll address patterns that may be causing tension, misunderstandings, or emotional distance, and work toward building a more supportive, understanding environment. This process isn’t about assigning blame—it’s about finding ways to relate to one another with greater compassion, clarity, and care. I welcome families of all structures and backgrounds, including chosen families and blended households.
